MP3 ธรรมะ When my mind was completely still, the inner delight with a sensation of rapid cooling expanded all over my body. A small spot of light appeared at the centre of the body and it was getting bigger and bigger. The light was so bright like some stainless metals reflecting the bright sun light but it was a soft not burning kind of light. My mind was still in that condition for a while, then a Bhuddha image (Dhammakaya)appeared and got bigger and bigger at the center of my body.
