MP3 ธรรมะ During my meditation, i closed my eyes gently,not completely shut, and stilled my mind at the center of the body. Shortly after, I saw some light in the shape of a ball. It kept changing colours and sizes, from big to small, small to big alternately. It looked so beautiful and gave me such tranquilness that i felt so much joy and started to cry
