MP3 ธรรมะ For the past three days in this Meditation Program, I've been doing nothing much at all. I felt like I've been living in heaven, doing nothing except for having meals, meditating and having a rest. I really liked it, especially when we meditated. Our mentor teached us to take a deep breath to the deepest point in the stomach and rest the mind there. So, I relaxed my mind, thinking of nothing. Then, the mind gradually became so vacant and roomy that I felt it expanded to the end of the horizon. And there was a spot of light appearing at the center of my stomach.
