MP3 ธรรมะ In one of meditation rounds, my mind entered a state of deep relaxation that I felt my whole body was completely gone. I saw very bright light coming straight out of the center of the body. Then the light seemed to have a round shape like the moon in the sky. So I called it " my moon".
